Shipping costs
You will be able to see the cost of each shipment at the time of purchase. This varies depending on the destination and the size or weight of the package, although in most cases, orders do not exceed 1 or 2 Kgs. The applicable rates are:
- Mainland Spain: 5,95€.
- Balearic Islands: 10€.
- France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, United Kingdom, Holland, Luxembourg and Austria: 18€.
- Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary and Switzerland: 31€.

Delivery times
Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and once payment has been confirmed. If your order is received outside these hours or on a Sunday or public holiday, it will be arranged to be ready the next working day. Once the order is in the central warehouse, it will be shipped by express courier so that it reaches you as soon as possible. The delivery times are detailed below:
- Mainland Spain: 1-2 working days.
- Balearic Islands: 1-2 working days.
- France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, United Kingdom, Holland, Luxembourg and Austria: 2-4 working days.
- Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary and Switzerland: 4-5 working days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5-6 working days.
