Shipping costs

You can see the cost of each shipment at the time of purchase. This varies depending on the destination and the size or weight of the package, although in most cases, orders do not exceed 1 or 2 kg. The applicable rates are:

  • Peninsula: €5.95.
  • Balearic Islands: €10.
  • France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, United Kingdom, Holland, Luxembourg and Austria: €18.
  • Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary and Switzerland: €31.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: contact

Delivery times

Orders are prepared Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and once payment has been confirmed . If your purchase is received outside of these hours or on a Sunday or holiday, it will be arranged to be ready the next business day. Once the order is in the central warehouse, it is shipped via express courier so that it reaches you as soon as possible. The delivery times are detailed below:

  • Peninsula: 1-2 business days.
  • Balearic Islands: 1-2 working days.
  • France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Austria: 2-4 business days.
  • Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary and Switzerland 4-5 business days.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5-6 working days.

*In case of delivery delays, check the tracking number sent by email. It is also recommended that you speak to the concierge of your building, they may have received the package there. Any questions, please contact through info@michonet.com

 

Returns & Exchanges

You can choose to return the purchased product within a period of (15) days from the time of receipt of the product. To do this you must process it through the following link https://go.ifreturns.com/es/studiofanart

To help us continue to improve, we appreciate you letting us know the reason for the return. If you request a size change, you must tell us the correct one.

For exchanges or returns, items must be sent:

  • In its original condition (including labels and packaging), together with any accessories related to them, and in conditions that demonstrate that the product has not been used, washed or damaged.
  • For partial returns, you must attach a copy of the invoice to the invoice, clearly indicating which items are to be returned.

Important note : Until we receive the item in our warehouse it is under your responsibility. We recommend that you send the item to us by courier or certified mail and that you keep the proof of shipping. The products to be returned may be exchanged for a refund of the amount or for a voucher of the same amount, or they will be exchanged for other items whose sum is of equal or greater value.

 

How will I receive the amount of my exchange or return?

The return will be made after receiving the product. Once the return is approved.

 

Do I have to pay anything for my return/exchange?

Shipping costs are not refundable.

FanArt only assumes shipping costs in the following case:

  • Erroneous shipments or defective products.
  • A change of size in Peninsula.

FOR THE REST OF RETURNS, THE SHIPPING ARE ASSUMED BY THE CUSTOMER. OTHER COUNTRIES MUST ASSUME THE SHIPPING FOR SIZE CHANGES AND RETURNS.

 

When will I receive my refund?

When we verify that the items are in perfect condition and with the labels, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

No refunds will be accepted freight collect.
