Refund policy
You can choose to return the purchased product within (15) days of receipt of the product. To do this you must process it through the following link https://go.ifreturns.com/es/studiofanart
To help us to continue improving, please let us know the reason for the return. In the case of requesting a size change, you must indicate the correct size.
For exchanges or returns, the articles must be sent:
- In their original condition (including labels and packaging), together with any related accessories, and in a condition that demonstrates that the product has not been worn, washed or damaged.
- For partial returns, a copy of the invoice must be attached to the invoice, clearly indicating which garments are to be returned.
Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse it is your responsibility. We recommend that you send the item to us by courier or registered mail and that you keep the return receipt. The products to be returned can be exchanged for a refund or a voucher of the same amount, or exchanged for other items of equal or greater value.
How will I receive the amount of my exchange or refund?
The return will be made after you have received the product. Once the return has been approved.
Do I have to pay anything for my return/exchange?
Shipping costs are not refundable.
FanArt only assumes the shipping costs in the following case:
Erroneous shipments or defective products.
An exchange of size in Peninsula.
FOR ALL OTHER RETURNS, THE SHIPPING COSTS ARE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER. FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES, THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR SIZE CHANGES AND RETURNS MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.
When will I receive the amount of my return?
When we check that the items are in perfect condition and with the labels, you will receive a confirmation email.
